Enjoy a whole brisket with friends and family. Each brisket is hand trimmed, simply seasoned, and cooked over oak for 14 hours. Briskets are wrapped in butcher paper, then vacuum sealed. They may be reheated in their vacuum sealed pouch. Reheating, and slicing instructions are included with each purchase. Briskets average 5-6lbs
