Replace the turkey this year with a delicious Certified Angus Beef, prime rib roast. Our prime rib roasts are rubbed with our special prime rib rub, and smoked over oak and cherry wood to a perfect mid-rare doneness. Prime ribs are vaccum sealed and ready for a sous vide method reheating, or more conventional reheating methods. Re-heating instructions as well as creamed horseraddish are included with each purchase.  Each half prime rib should provide at least 6 generous slices.
