Easy Barbecue Packages

Choose your meat, we will package it in a foil pan along with pickles, onions, jalapeños, and buns!

3 pounds of brisket, 3 pounds of Sausage, and 2 full racks of our USA Prime St Louis Pork ribs. Pickles, onions, jalapeños, sauce, and white bread are included.

A full pound of each meat (that is sold by weight), 2 half chickens, 2 racks of ribs! With enough variety to suite everyone, this package is perfect for College Football Saturday, or a house full of company!
This is over 6 lbs of meat total, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey, Sausage, Pork Ribs, Chicken Halves. Please choose your 3 quarts of side options!

This package includes 10 of our house made, all beef, 1/3 lb sausage links. Pickles, onions, jalapeños, and white bread are included. These links are great for fold overs, or even in a hotdog bun. This package may also be purchased chilled. Our cold smoked sausage is great on your grill at home, or at hunting camp!

4 full racks of our St. Louis trimmed spare ribs, along with 2 quarts of our signature Smoked Barbecue Beans. Pickles, onions, jalapeños, and white bread are always included.

Whole brisket, sliced or whole. Our cooked briskets average 6 lbs (may be more, may be less), and should feed 8-12 mouths. Package includes pickles, onions, jalapeños, and white bread.

Sliced turkey breast or half chickens for 10. This package includes 5 lbs of sliced turkey, or 10 half chickens. Includes pickles, onions, jalapeños, as well as white bread and our Texas version of your Alabama white sauce.

House ground, 100% Certified Angus Beef, USD Prime grade brisket hamburger. No other hamburger compares to brisket grind. This package includes 3 pounds of house, ground beef (roughly 80/20), 8 Hawaiian buns, pickles, onions, and jalapeños.
