Texas Barbecue Crash Course

Led by Arnis Robbins, owner and founder of Evie Mae's, Joe Rodriguez, 8 year pit master with Evie Mae's,  and Jordan Jackson, 4 year pit lead at the famed Franklin Barbecue in Austin Texas. This class is not compitition focused, but designed to improve your ability and confidence when it comes to backyard, or professional cooking. Center of the plate proteins are at an all time high, we understand how expensive it is to cook at home, let us help you improve your results. No matter your level of experience, or what type of cooking apparatus you use at home,  we will tell you all we have learned over the years about brisket, ribs, and sausage, from the grocery store to the plate.
